Rochdale Borough Council are keen to receive applications from Providers who are innovative, have a flexibility of attitude, are person centred in responding to needs, have keen financial acumen and have enthusiasm and commitment in meeting the challenges for the future. Importantly, providers need to be able to offer quality services at Best Value. The purpose of the tender is to assist RBC in developing an Approved Provider List. It is intended that the list will be used:- • To allocate new business for Mental Health services where RBC is commissioning the work (although RBC reserve the right to tender outside this list where needed) • To allocate business where people have chosen to have a Managed Budget • To arrange emergency placements • To deliver current business • To communicate a list of providers to clients choosing a Cash Budget (because RBC will not be the commissioners, RBC will issue a disclaimer on the use of the Approved Provider List) Keywords: residential, enablement, homecare, supported living, community, mental health
