Tender description

The Information and Communications Technology Framework will be a multi-supplier Framework Agreement split into the following eleven (11) Lots: Generic: Lot 1 — Supply of ICT Equipment (Hardware and Software); Lot 2 — Cabling Services; Lot 3 — Disaster Recovery and Workspace Recovery Solutions; Lot 4 — VoIP Telephony System Support; Lot 5 — Hosting and Cloud Services; Lot 6 — Audio Visual and Associated Services — Supply, Installation and Support Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult only; Lot 7 — VoIP Telephony System Support; Lot 8 — Core ICT Support and Data Services; Lot 9 — Audio Visual and Associated Support Services Digital Catapult only; Lot 10 — LAN and Unified Communications Support Services and Equipment; Lot 11 — WAN Support Services and Equipment; Lot 12 — Infrastructure, Backup and Hosted Application Services and Equipment. Submissions will be accepted for any 1 or combination of Lots. Submissions will only be considered from Tenderers capable of supporting All requirements within each individual Lot for which they have applied. For the avoidance of doubt, submissions for ‘Part Lots’ will not be considered.
