Tender description

1. Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Contract for the supply of Organised Crime Prevention Specialist Education Provision. 2. This provision should be innovative, dynamic and engaging. We are looking for new approaches to support our client groups and as such we expect your return to include a detailed description and breakdown and description of what you hope to provide. 3. The overarching aim of our programme is to reduce the threat of serious and organised crime, and to reduce the vulnerability of both perpetrators and victims in the context of organised crime.
