Tender description

Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) is a housing association which has ownership of over 15 000 homes. PCH are seeking expressions of interest from suppliers for the supply of gas to PCH's properties or premises that we occupy. The supply will involve, supplying gas to 50 plus properties which PCH pay gas for, such as laundry rooms in flats/other communal areas and other corporate buildings such as a stores and our head office. PCH are seeking to appoint a single supplier. The proposed contract will be for 3 years dependant on the pricing schedule agreed between both parties following tender submission (we will ask for prices for 12,24 and 36 months), the contract has a proposed total maximum value of 600 000 GBP for the 36 months.
