Tender description

In advance of the publication of the tender documents for our Insurance Services provision at the University of Sheffield, we are seeking expressions of interest in an open day which is being held on our site on the 8.6.2016. Details of the day will be confirmed in advance by email or via the In-tend portal however a brief summary, which is subject to change, is provided below: 10:00 Registration; 10:30 Formal Start — Introduction to the Day; 10:35 Introduction to the University — by Helen Dingle, Director of Finance; 10:45 Walk-Round (Route and Buildings to be agreed); 12:15 Lunch; 13:15 University of Sheffield Risk Management Arrangements and Resources, covering H&S, Fire Protection, Security and Emergency Response arrangements to a physical damage event i.e. Fire, Storm, Flood etc.; 13:45 Claims and Insurance Programme Structure; 14:15 Procurement; 14:20 Q&A; 14:30 Close.
