Tender description

The South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust Estates Department (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to appoint 2 Nr Economic Operators to enter into a Framework Agreement for the provision of Building Maintenance and Minor Building Works which may incorporate Mechanical and Electrical works, Building Services, Civil Engineering, Roofing, Drainage Clearings/Unblocking, Flooring, Building, Joinery, Window repairs, Painting, Glazing works and other related Specialist Works. The Economic Operators shall have resources available to attend any works required 24 hours per day, 365 days per year ( including all holidays and weekends).
