Highway maintenance work

Tender description

The purpose of the Tender was to procure a framework of Suppliers to provide specialist civil engineering structural works, complex highway infrastructure works, public authority civil engineering works and associated medium value construction work between the individual project values of approximately 50 000 GBP to 10 000 000 GBP. This framework will typically include: Retaining walls and culverts, Work on new/ reconstructed / replacement highway structures, Routine foot-way maintenance and improvement works, Routine highway maintenance and improvement works, Carriageway construction, Carriageway surfacing, Major development infrastructure installation, Kerbing and paving installation, including special kerbs and high-quality paving materials, Drainage and ducting installation, Sea defence and coastal works, Installation of traffic signs, Road studs and markings, Installation of street furniture, including street lighting and traffic signal equipment, Installation of specialist surfacing, etc. The contracting Authority is purchasing on behalf of other contracting authorities, listed below: East Hampshire District Council, Eastleigh Borough Council, Fareham Borough Council, Gosport Borough Council, Hart District Council, Havant Borough Council, New Forest District Council, Rushmoor Borough Council, Test Valley Borough Council, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Winchester City Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Surrey County Council, West Sussex County Council, Oxfordshire County Council, East Sussex County Council, Kent County Council, Dorset County Council, Bournemouth Borough Council, Poole Borough Council, Milton Keynes Council, West Berkshire Council, Slough Borough Council,Bracknell Forest Borough Council, The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, Wokingham District Council, Reading Borough Council, Brighton and Hove City Council, Portsmouth City Council, Southampton City Council, Isle of Wight Council, Medway Council, Devon County Council.
