Tender description

NHS England (East Sub Region) is inviting organisations to attend a market place event for prison healthcare services in Norfolk. The market engagement event will be held on 15.6.2015 in HMP Norwich (Café Britannia) from 16:00-18:00. The aim of the event will be to: — Inform interested healthcare providers about the possible services which NHS England will be commissioning over the forthcoming 12-18 months; — Showcase the current healthcare services, with which new providers are likely to interact and collaborate in service delivery; — Provide an opportunity for healthcare organisations interested to make links with other interested parties; — Obtain comments and suggestions from interested parties regarding how the services could work together, how technology could be better used in the delivery of healthcare, and how social value could be maximised. There will be an opportunity to have informal discussions with members of the NHS England Team. Places are strictly limited therefore reservations are limited to no more than 2 persons per organisation. Further information will be circulated to delegates once the registration process closes on the 10.6.2016. To register to attend the Bidder Event: a) Register your interest on the portal at: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk (registration and use of the website is free of charge); b) Select Open Access PQQ. Note: This is not a PQQ, we are using this functionality within the Arden and GEM Bravo procurement portal to communicate with interested parties. This is purely an exercise to register your interest in this market place event. Any subsequent procurement(s) will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the relevant procurement advertisement as and when published. c) Search for and access listing named: PQQ-213 — NHS England (East Sub Region) — Market Engagement Event for Prison Services in Norfolk and view details; e) Click on Express Interest link; d) Once you have expressed interest, access the My PQQs page. You will then need to complete the Qualification Envelope and submit to register your attendance. Please note that the deadline for registering your attendance is 12:00 on 10.6.2016. The market place event will also be advertised on Contracts Finder and administered via the Arden and GEM Bravo Solution e-procurement portal website: http://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk An expression of interest in this market event will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise. Any procurement(s) conducted as a result of this event will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it may be published.
