Tender description

Bridgend County Borough Council is tendering Supported accommodation ‘Ty Ogwr’ and floating support units to vulnerable people who are homeless and to whom the council have a duty to under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. This service will be supporting vulnerable people with a diverse range of needs within a temporary accommodation scheme as well as providing time-limited support to service users who have moved on and still require support. Provision of appropriate levels of Housing Related Support will help maintain the skills and confidence necessary to live independently and maintain their tenancy. It will have housing and homelessness at its core.
