Tender description

HHP are seeking a Design Team to work closely with HHP and its development agents Tighean Innse Gall (TIG) to bring forward a scheme of new build housing at the Top Field site at Melbost, Isle of Lewis. The site has a Master plan, a housing mix will be supplied to the design team once appointed. It is anticipated that there will be a minimum of 40 units. Traditional Construction Procurement Route. Design Team to be appointed to create detailed design. Contractor to be tendered separately. Construction overseen by Design Team.
