Darlington Borough Council are seeking to secure a partner to lease, manage, improve and maintain the Grade II Listed Covered Market and Old Town Hall buildings, and manage the Outdoor Market offer. An existing, substantial rental income stream is produced by both the Covered Market and the Outdoor Market. A partner engagement event will be held on Thursday 16 June 2016, from 9.30 am to 11.30 am at The Dolphin Centre, Horsemarket, Darlington, DL1 5RP.
