Tender description

Tourism Ireland requires the services of a supplier for the provision of an electronic media monitoring service in 21 overseas markets (subject to change over time), for the period of 4 years (single-party Framework Agreement). The successful candidate will be required to provide the following services: — Press monitoring; — Broadcast monitoring; — Internet monitoring; — Social media monitoring; — Tourism Ireland Publicity Analysis Tool link-up; — Transcripts; — Evaluation: EAV (equivalent advertising value). This is the 1st stage in a 2-stage Restricted procedure and suitably qualified suppliers are invited to submit a request to participate.
