Tender description

The University of Portsmouth wishes to appoint a provider of Cleaning Services for its whole estate, to include office and other internal cleaning and window cleaning. Please complete only the PQQ. The ITT document is for Information only. The University intends to short-list up to a minimum of 5 x suppliers to go forward to the ITT stage. Please also note, that late returns will not be allowed. Please note, as per tender procedure, your return can not be viewed by any person until after the return date and time has elapsed. Please note this stage will be used to select companies for tender. Please find attached the tender documents for the Cleaning Services project.
