Tender description

The Authority is seeking to meet its obligations under the European Union Procurement Regulations and is seeking to establish a series of single works framework agreements (Framework Agreement for Consultants 2016), that aid the quick and efficient appointment, under a strategic partnering framework, of suitably experienced and qualified consultants on a variety of different mixed-use housing developments. The Framework will include the design of new-build developments or improvements and refurbishment works to existing. To enable the Authority to select suitably qualified architectural and civil and structural engineering partners for the design of residential dwellings for affordable rent, shared ownership and market rent.
