FAMILY SUPPORT TEAM - SUPPORT TO VULNERABLE FAMILIES Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (“The Council”) invites interested parties (‘Tenderers’) to participate in a tender exercise for the Provision of Support to Vulnerable Families.
