VisitBlackpool is seeking to commission the above opportunity in Blackpool and we are inviting you to submit an offer for this. You must return all completed documents as outlined in the table above by emailing to nicola@visitblackpool.com by the above closing date/time if you wish to submit an offer for this contract. Your offer must stay open for acceptance for a period of 90 days. The quotation submitted will be treated as a bona fide offer intended to be competitive. The enquiry implies no obligation by the Authority and the Authority does not bind itself to accept any of the offers, whilst it reserves the right to accept the offer in whole or in part. Tenderers should be clear that should their offer be accepted, their submitted pricing will be integral to the contract and will be enforceable under the terms of the contract. No responsibility will be borne by the Authority for errors in the Tenderers pricing submission. Please note that requests for additional information, clarifications or other queries must be submitted to nicola@visitblackpool.com no later than 48 hours before the submission deadline at the latest.
