Tender description

Supply and implementation of a Corporate Mobile Working Tool-kit which delivers as a minimum the following capability: — Mobile application development; — Integration; — Rostering/scheduling; — Management information/reporting. We are seeking an initial 3 year working relationship to ensure the tool-kit is embedded across the organisation. It is anticipated that this will include: — Design services to tailor the tool-kit within the Council environment; — Support for early adopter/wider corporate implementation including integration to an agreed level; — Training/knowledge transfer to enable PKC to be self-sufficient in the administration/support of the mobile working tool-kit and mobile solutions; — Training/knowledge transfer to enable PKC to be self-sufficient in the development of mobile solutions; — Support /help desk services; — Ongoing maintenance services; — Software assurance; — Ad hoc consultancy services.
