Mental Health and Well-being Hubs provide information, advice and support to people on mental health well-being, and offer a range of ways for people to access services: — Time limited 1- to-1 appointments, to help people to develop and implement a mental health and well-being support plan aimed at improving and/or maintaining mental health; — A small number of open access drop-in sessions each week to enable peer support and social contact, alongside access to support workers. Light refreshments are available to service users attending these sessions; — Outreach work in community settings, venues and groups to promote well-being. Learning Disability Well-being Hubs provide information, advice and support to people with learning disabilities by offering a community base that can: — Deliver access to information, advice and signposting; — Build community connections and inclusion; — Support the use of personalised budgets to access community life. Warwickshire North CCG area of North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth Boroughs. Warwickshire County Council has commissioned an established network of Mental Health and Well-being Hubs.
