Tender description
Home Based Breaks for Carers: This is a joint project between Adult Social Care, Children & Young People and the 6 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) covering Surrey. Carers Breaks services aim to improve the emotional, physical and mental wellbeing of carers in Surrey. Carers must be suitably supported in their Caring, and the purpose of this contract/these contracts is to provide respite and in turn improve the quality of life of carers in Surrey.
