Tender description

This ITT is for ‘use case’ projects that, based on market analysis, will develop and demonstrate end-to-end applications based on CAMS products. The objective of such projects is to stimulate innovative ideas and support the development of downstream applications. The criteria for selection will be the innovative use of 1 or more CAMS products, the sustainability of the application business plan, the potential for increasing the use of CAMS services and reaching out to wider communities, and the quality and value for money of the proposals. The 2016 call will target Eastern and Southern European countries: in order to be eligible, the proposed ‘use cases’ will need to focus on these geographical areas. Within this call, a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 ‘use case’ projects will be awarded. The ceiling price for each successful project will be 95 000 EUR. Each project will comprise a design and development phase of not more than 6-month duration and an exploitation phase of 12 months, with essentially reporting duties about the use and uptake of the application developed and contribution to CAMS communication and outreach activities.
