There will be no guarantee that any contractor on the framework will be called onto deliver a service. The following is an indicative guide to the type of work to be carried out: Mechanical: — General plumbing and heating repairs and adjustments; — Heating and vent plant maintenance; — Installation of taps, sinks wastes, etc. — Clearing waste blockages. Electrical: — General electrical repairs to the existing electrical infrastructure; — Small new works such as the installation of additional lighting and power; — Emergency lighting testing; — Lamp replacement; — Fire alarm testing and repairs.
