Tender description

Ofwat has two offices, Birmingham and London. The location where services are to be rendered is at our Birmingham office only at: Ofwat, Centre City Tower, 7 Hill Street, Birmingham, B5 4UA. Ofwat has circa 160 staff working across both offices. Currently our Birmingham office occupies the 18th and 17th floors (circa 1362 square feet) of Centre City Tower in central Birmingham. Ofwat’s office space is a combination of cellular and open plan workspace. In July 2015 Ofwat completed a full refurbishment of floors 17 and 18. This resulted in less workstations to be cleaned but will require cleaning to be completed to a higher specification to ensure that the refurbished areas are maintained to the required standard. The refurbished accommodation includes: • circa 96 workstations; • 2 teapoints and kitchen surfaces; • two hot offices; • 7 meeting pods; • 3 break out collaborative areas; • 2 copier recycling points; • 5 meeting rooms; • a first aid room; • an IT build room; • a print room; • main kitchen, comfortable and quiet zone seating areas; • server room and storage area.
