Multiple Services AQP-Thurrock CCG

Thurrock Clinical commissioning Group (CCG) wishes to secure Providers for the provision of the following Any Qualified Provider(AQP) services: 1. 24 Hour BP Monitoring, 2. Anticoagulation, 3. Gonadorelin Analogue, 4. Secondary Care Wound Management, and 5. Vasectomy Services 6. Phlebotomy This is a repeat window of opportunity that allows additional service providers to join the existing Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list. The providers who are already on the existing AQP list do not need to re-apply. As a Qualified Provider there are no guaranteed levels of activity and payment is made based on actual provision of the service. The key objectives of this procurement are: • Bringing care closer to home. • To provide a fair and equitable service provision throughout Thurrock CCG localities. • Reduce demand on secondary care services. • Reduction and maintenance of waiting times. • Aid reduction in unplanned hospital admissions by improving early diagnosis and intervention. • Reduce the growing cost to the NHS. • Contribute to the reduction in health inequalities. • Demonstrate improved quality and effectiveness of services for patients More information about Thurrock CCG can be found at link below: http://thurrockccg.nhs.uk/
