Tender description
Appointment of a Main Contractor for the UCLH Queen Square Theatre Project. This consist of the creation of 2 new operating theatres on the 2nd floor (+ancillary spaces) of the NHNN and the refurbishment of 3 operating (+ancillary spaces) on the 1st floor. The contract is for Construction works, with Main Contractor contractor-design portion elements under a NEC Form of Contract. The 2nd floor theatres only has been designed to BIM Level 2 and this aspect of the design must achieve BIM Level 2 on completion of the project.
