Tender description

The provision of a Sensory Impairment Support Service for Leeds. The service will support individuals who are deaf, hearing impaired, blind, sight impaired, Deaf-blind or have Dual Sensory Loss. The service will have an accessible city centre base in Leeds and will operate 52 weeks of the year, excluding Bank Holidays. The service aims to focus on the principles of maximising and sustaining choice, involvement and inclusion through the use of co-productive approaches and outcome focussed individual support plans that facilitate opportunities for people who have sensory loss to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.
