Tender description

The Borough of Poole is seeking tenders from suitably skilled, experienced organisations to provide a Care and Well-being Service for older people and vulnerable adults aged 18 years or over, who reside at the Borough's Extra Care Housing sites. Belmont Court; Delphis Court; Trinidad Village. For Poole Extra Care housing means accommodation that provides enhanced care and support for older people and vulnerable adults who have increased care needs. Care and Well-being services include: personal care, waking night care, domestic care and support services. The service to be provided in the Extra Care Housing Schemes is intended to support independence, achieved by enabling people to do things for themselves rather than doing things for them based on outcomes. This tender is the same name as a previous opportunity that collapsed, the details have changed following a Market Engagement exercise, so please read all new documentation fully.
