Contract award notice only: Iarnród Éireann sought applications from interested parties for the provision of expert advisory services in the area of the development of concession agreements for Port Operations Management including maintenance and potential development opportunities. The advisor will assist IE in the (i) Development of an outline commercial / concession structure via undertaking market consultation and evaluation of its commercial viability; (ii) Assist in the progression of the concession agreement to contract award subject to the outcome of stage (i). Iarnród Éireann is the port authority at Rosslare Europort, Iarnród Éireann sought applications from interested parties for the provision of expert advisory services to assist IE in the progression of the concession agreement through the following key stages of: (i) Development of an outline commercial / concession structure via undertaking market consultation and evaluation of its commercial viability; (ii) Assist in the progression of the concession agreement to contract award subject to the outcome of stage (i).
