Tender description
Provision of fixed tender procurement options in respect of Half hourly supplies via a Framework Agreement against which any Contracting Authority as defined under ‘The Public Contracts Regulations 2015’ is entitled to call off against. A copy of ‘The Public Contracts Regulations 2015’ can be obtained from the Contact Point as specified in Section 1 of this Notice.
