Tender description

The Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) is Ireland's independent energy and water regulator. The CER was established in 1999 and now has a wide range of economic, customer protection and safety responsibilities in energy. The CER is also the regulator of Ireland's public water and wastewater system. The CER tendered for consultancy support to provide policy and economic advice in regard to UÉ's Enduring Non-domestic Tariff Framework. Over the next two years the CER will undertake extensive consultation to develop UÉ's Enduring Non-Domestic Tariff Framework. The scope of the contract can be found on contract notice reference 2015/S 249-455248.
