Tender description
The Professional Services Framework is required in order to ensure that the delivery of the Council's capital programme of major construction projects continues to be supported by suitably qualified and experienced independent professionals.These disciplines are required to provide a range of key services, most notably:Professional opinion and technical construction advice;Cost control (quantity surveying) services;Contract administration;Clerk of Works (quality control and monitoring of construction work on site);Building surveying and Mechanical and Electrical services; andStatutory Health & Safety construction management & planning to enable the council to comply with its obligations under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
