Tender description

The Works being procured are demolition of the existing Christchurch and Spire House office blocks in the centre of Coventry, to create a suitable site for the development of a new £26 million Destination Water and Leisure Facility. The new facility will be located within Coventry city centre on a tightly constrained site that is located in close proximity to a Grade 2* listed building (Christchurch Spire) and the High Street Conservation Area. There are two options for the demolition of the buildings, these are defined in this document as Lots 1 and 2. Contractors are to bid for both Lots as part of their tender return.
