Tender description
A systematic review of the end-to-end business process design of the VOA’s key business processes to identify opportunities for process redesign which will minimise complexity and maximise consistency so we provide customers with what they need, and so that we better match user expectations. The project will also provide outputs to support the formation and operation of the Agency’s new P&P team.
