Tender description
Construction of 50 private dwellings in King's Lynn. The Nar Valley development in King's Lynn has planning permission for 155 dwellings. Phase 1 has already been constructed and sold. Phase 2 is currently under construction. This tender is for the final 50 dwellings. There will be provision in the contract for the construction of an additional 50 dwellings on a nearby site.
