Tender description
Procurement of construction consultancy services for Notting Hill Housing (NHH) development framework. Multiple lots covering a variety of services may be procured. PIN issued to commence soft market testing exercise. NHH is embarking on an innovative procurement to replace its current consultancy framework which expires in 2017. It is intended that the Authority will procure consultants across a series of (as yet undefined) lots to deliver services such as Architecture, Employers Agents, Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Consultancy Services, Landscape Architects, Design Services, M&E Services, Planning Consultants, Site Investigation, Independent Site Supervision, Valuation Services, Transport Consultants, Fire Engineer, Professional Arboriculturalist Advice, Archaeologists, Rights of Light Advisors, Heritage Consultants, Air Quality Advisors and Acoustician Advisory Services. These services may increase or decrease as a result of the procurement strategy which is currently being developed.
