A consultant is required to assist Milton Keynes Council (MKC) with the procurement relating to several parking projects. The projects a consultant is required for are below: 1. Options appraisal leading to recommendation as to whether to merge the cashless parking contract with the main parking contract. 2. Options appraisal leading to recommendation as to whether to merge the parking sensor tender with the main parking contract. 3. Expertise and assistance on drafting specification for main parking contract and support throughout process. 4. Expertise and assistance on drafting specification for parking sensor tender and support throughout process.
