TDC - Roof Renewals - AWARD

Tender description

Tandridge District Council is seeking to enter into a four year agreement to provide roof renewals and associated repairs to Council owned dwellings, leasehold dwellings and associated corporate buildings in an efficient and cost effective manner. The works will principally be for the stripping and re-covering of two and three storey domestic houses and flats with some work at four storeys and some public buildings such as day centres and other corporate buildings. The pitched roofs are generally of plain and interlocking tiled coverings incorporating a variety of roof configurations. The flat roofs are mostly in attached outhouses to dwellings and primarily of built up felt coverings. There are some larger flat roofed areas to corporate buildings and sheltered schemes in both asphalt and felt.
