Tender description

The primary outcome is to prevent homelessness and/or repeat homelessness, improve the ability of vulnerable customers to live independently in the community and subsequently reduce, and / or delay the risk of homelessness and/or increased interventions from public services including health and social care services. Accommodation based Housing Related Support for Young People Aged 16-25 Years Old. The service will provide a short term and emergency accommodation based support service for Warwickshire young people and young families aged 16 to 25 years in order to prevent, reduce and/or delay their need for care and support through being homeless. Accommodation based Housing Related Support for Single Homeless People and ex-offenders aged 25 and over. The service will provide short term accommodation and housing related support with the overall aim of supporting customers to increase their independence and subsequently reduce the risk of offending, re-offending, homelessness and/or increased interventions from public services including police, health and social care services.
