This service is being procured using the Light Touch Regime, in Lots that will support young people; young parents and single people with support needs to enable them to move on to more independent living within settled accommodation. This service will support young people to enable them to move on to more independent living within settled accommodation. The service is to be based in a range of accommodation that is likely to be predominantly hostel based with some shared housing. The service will also offer time-limited resettlement support when residents move on. The service will employ support staff with relevant qualifications, expertise and aptitude to offer personalised support to residents. The service will support homeless adults to enable them to move on to more independent living within settled accommodation. The service is likely to be based in hostel style accommodation and will offer time-limited resettlement support when residents move on. The service will employ support staff with relevant qualifications, expertise and aptitude to offer personalised support to residents. This service will support young people with babies to enable them to move on to more independent living within settled accommodation.
