Tender description
At any given point in time, whg has a number of void properties across the borough in which it operates. These void properties are at times located in some of our more vulnerable areas and the properties need to be secured using a variety of methods. The scope outlines the mechanisms required to secure these properties. As whg extend their operation beyond the borough of Walsall and the outlining areas, it expects the contractor to achieves all the key performance indicators for all of its assets regardless of location.
