Tender description

The User requires the capability to 24/7 record audio and video of military personnel fulfilling executive roles within the UK National Air Defence Operations Centre (NADOC) and the Control and Reporting Centres (CRCs) in order to provide post-incident evidence for executive decisions made in support of UK air defence and air counter-terrorism operations. This requirement is for 3 years plus 2 option years for the Provision of Enhanced Audio and Video Recording within the NADCO and CRCS is Support of Op Adana. The User requires the capability to 24/7 record audio and video of military personnel fulfilling executive roles within the UK National Air Defence Operations Centre (NADOC) and the Control and Reporting Centres (CRCs) in order to provide post-incident evidence for executive decisions made in support of UK air defence and air counter-terrorism operations. The User requires: — 24/7 audio and video recording of executive roles within the NADOC, CRC Boulmer and Number 1 Air Control Centre (CRC Scampton); — The audio and video recordings to be stored and archived i.a.w the security classification of the data; — Both audio and video recording data must be easily retrieved and replayed by security cleared, military and government personnel in the event of a post incident enquiry for evidential purposes; — 24/7 maintenance support to ensure availability. The Authority will use the PQQ response to create a short-list of Tenders who are eligible to participate; fulfil any minimum economic, financial, professional and technical standards; and best meet in terms of capacity and capability the selection criteria set out in this PQQ. Full details of the method of choosing the Tenders are set out in the PQQ. It is the intention to down select to between approximately 2 and 6 highest scoring suppliers who will be invited to Tender, providing they meet the overall percentage pass mark of 60 %, do not score any lower than 2 and receive a pass in any pass/fail questions within the PQQ. If the supplier scores below 2 in any of the questions or receives a fail in a pass/fail question then they will automatically fail the evaluation and will not be invited to participate any further. The ITT is in Draft Format and is for Information only at this Stage. The Final ITT will be Released After the PQQ Responses have been Evaluated.
