Tender for the Provision of Repairs and Maintenance for Concierge, Door Entry, CCTV and Security Systems. The Council are seeking to tender for the maintenance for concierge, door entry, CCTV and Security Systems. The Council currently manages and maintains over 30 000 homes of which over 4 600 are provided with 1 or more of the following security services: — Door entry system — Concierge connected or stand alone; — CCTV coverage — usually in the form of general CCTV coverage throughout a block or around a housing estate. In addition to this, the Council also provides monitoring services to several public space CCTV systems around the Sandwell Borough including – — West Bromwich Town Centre; — Friar Park Housing Estate; — Wednesbury.
