Tender description
To carry out Fire Risk Assessments in line with the Fire Regulatory Act 2005 to Council owned buildings and premises (as listed below). This will include carrying out detailed assessments to identify potential risks and to include timescales for improvement, upgrade recommendations and general housekeeping. The contract will include but not be limited to the following:- • Corporate Buildings • Leisure Buildings • Housing Blocks with enclosed common areas • Temporary Accommodation Buildings • Offered out to Schools & Educational Establishments
