Roof works and other special trade construction works. Erection and related works of roof frames and coverings.Roof frames. Roof supports. Roof trusses. Roofing materials. Roof-framing work. Roof-covering work. Roof-tiling work. Roof-slating work. Guttering work. Solar installation. Roof insulation work. This Framework is beingset up to support Members with specific roof replacement programmes and/new roof installations. The mainelements covered by this framework will be: —Complete Roofing Replacements — flat and pitched roofs. —General works associated with the above. The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but notlimited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, studentaccommodation and schools. Generally, the works will be undertaken while the property is occupied
