Replacement of Air cooled water chiller at the Institute of Child Health

Tender description

The current water chiller is non operational and is uneconomical to repair. The Project comprises replacement of a redundant water chiller with a unit having increased capacity to serve future cooling to areas of the Wellcome Building. The works also include extension of a new chilled water riser with valved connections at each of five floors for future use.
