Tender description

Suppliers are requested to access the documents for this opportunity via the Chest. If suppliers are not already registered on the Chest they can do so free of charge at www.the-chest.org.uk. This opportunity will only be dealt with via the Chest. This tender is for a framework agreement (operating as a concession) with Warrington Borough Council that will commence on 1 August 2016for a period of four years until 31 July 2020. The framework agreement is not for any fixed quantity of Service for the period indicated in the tender, but only for such quantities in respect of which Warrington Borough Council will issue PCN Warrants of Control from time to time in support of its known requirements. On the basis of recent usage the estimated off take is likely to be 700PCN Warrants per annum. However the Council does not bind itself to request the recovery of any parking or bus lane fines.
