Tender description

This public procurement competition is for the Provision of Public Relations Services to the Road Safety Authority. The expected term of the Contract will be for an initial period of 4 years. The successful agency will be required to develop public relations solutions to support the requirements of the RSA. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the RSA's functions, road safety campaigns, possess expertise in the areas of media relations, event management, writing, media training, corporate PR, internal communications, social media management, video production, public consultation / stakeholder relations, research, sponsorship and crisis management. An understanding of the psychology techniques in social marketing would also be useful. The Contract is intended to comprise, but is not limited to, the following Services: a. Public Relations Services; b. Media Relations; c. Event Management; d. Public Consultation; e. Crisis Management, f. Sourcing Sponsorship; g. Social Media Support and Management; h. Stakeholder Relations; i. Media / Presentation Skills Training, j. Research; k. Writing / Proofreading; l. Corporate PR / Internal Communications; and m. Video production (VOD and Short Form Content). Candidates should be familiar with the road safety campaigns implemented by the RSA to date.
