Replacement of lead to the cornice around the nave/chancel, replacement of concrete balusters in stone and insulating above ceiling (to protect lead). Tenders are to be sought from specialist contractors, registered with the LCA, or equivalent, with proven experience of work on Grade 1 Listed Buildings.
