Tender description
The project is concerned with the construction of a new two storey classroom block containing eight class rooms and associated accommodation as well as soft and hard play areas, a drop-off zone and staff car park. The forecast construction value of the project is approximately £2.0m and the required construction completion date is early August 2017 such that the new accommodation is ready for use by the school following a period of school commissioning for the start of the 2017 Academic Year.
