Tender description

Place Partnership Limited, on behalf of Worcestershire County Council, need to establish a lift maintenance service contract for all properties for which Worcestershire County Council is responsible. The contract shall run from 1.4.2016 to 31.3.2019, with the option a further 2 year extension. There will be a break clause within the contract for an analysis of the works carried out thus far after 2 years. The works require the Contractor to undertake servicing and maintenance of passenger lifts, goods lifts, platform lifts, stair lifts and escalators.
