Tender description

Insurance, related advice, claims management and loss control services for Property, Legal Liability and other General Insurance (non-life) risks, as required by Paragon Community Housing Ltd for a period of 3 years (or periods of insurance) commencing 1.8.2016, with the option to extend by up to 2 further years (or periods of insurance). The Contract will also include Engineering Inspection Services. A programme of General Insurance and related services for Paragon Community Housing Ltd, excluding Motor Insurance (see Lot 2) and Engineering Insurance and Inspection (see Lot 3). The insurance classes within Lot 1 may include: Material Damage, Works in Progress, Business Interruption, All Risks, Money, Computer, Public/Property Owners and Products Liability, Employers Liability, Libel and Slander, Professional Negligence, Fidelity Guarantee/Crime, Group Personal Accident, Terrorism, Employment Practices Liability and Commercial Legal Expenses. Insurance and related services for Motor Vehicle risks (possibly including Motor Legal Expenses and Occasional Business Use). Engineering Insurance and an associated Inspection contract for items of lifting plant, pressure plant, playgrounds and the like, all owned or managed by Paragon Community Housing Ltd.
